PURPOSE:To obtain a stable fluidized state, by providing a liquid introducing pipe, which separates a catalyst bed and an internal liquid recirculation stream, opened in a funnel shape at the upper end thereof and having a liquid outflow port at the lower end thereof in the central part of a reactor. CONSTITUTION:The liquid oil from an oil supply 1 is flowed into a liquid introducing pipe 14 from the upper part of a reactor 3 and gas is injected into a fluidized catalyst bed from the lower part thereof. The liquid in the liquid introducing pipe 14 receives downward flow by a rotary blade 15 and is flowed into the fluidized bed 4 from the outflow port provided to the lower part thereof to form a fluidized state. The liquid oil reacted with the catalyst and the gas passes a fluidization control plate 16 as a stream of oil having a lesser MW and a gas stream to form a product oil layer 12. At this time, the liquid is distributed while the gas formed into fine gas bubbles and the scattered catalyst is suppressed and fallen to the fluidized bed 4. |
