<p>PURPOSE:To improve the work efficiency by arranging collectively adjusting lines in a specific position of conveyor lines which are constituted with test means of the off-conveyor systems and are connected continuously by conveyors. CONSTITUTION:A vehicle C sent from a vehicle assembling line 1 is subjected to toe-in adjustment in a toe-in and side slip test line 2 while being carried on a conveyor 6 and is subjected to headlight test in a headlight test line 3 while being carries on a conveyro 18. After presence or absence of side slip of front wheels of the vehicle is detected in a side slip test line 4, the vechicle is sent to a brake test line 5 by a carrying conveyor 33 and is subjected to brake test.</p> |
