PURPOSE:To enhance the accuracy in printing a resist for plating, by a construction wherein the first layer formed from an emulstion showing a higher modulus in tension after being hardened is provided on a base, and the second layer formed from an emulsion showing a lower modulus in tension after being hardened is laminated on the first layer. CONSTITUTION:The second layer consisting of an emulsion showing a lower modulus in tension after being hardened is laminated on the first layer consisting of an emulsion showing a higher modulus in tension after being hardened. The emulsions are based on diazonium or a resin. The modulus in tension of the emulsion of the first layer is preferably not lower than 30kg/mm.<2>, while that of the emulsion of the second layer is preferably not higher than 10kg/mm.<2>, and the total thickness of the first and second layers is preferably 10-30mum, in view of enhancement of printing accuracy and reduction in the period of time required for providing the layers. |
