<p>This invention relates to the elimination of the a stray capacity effect by making a small IC of the switched capacitor filter (SCF), which comprises a capacitor, a switch and an operatioanl amplifier. The SCF can eliminate a generated element of stray capacity when controlling the switching ON, OFF or when making an MOS capacitor. The switch(S5) is installed between inverting input and output terminals of the operational amplifier to eliminate stray capacity in the SCF, which consists of the operational amplifier(OP2) and the switches (S1, S2, S3, S4).</p> |
