A jacket accomodates the recording disk(6) and has an opening(7) for its insertion. A lid plate is inserted through the opening and has cut-outs by which a jacket-enlarging member and a lid plate-locking member enter. The opening of the jacket is enlarged within the cut- outs of the lid plate upon insertion of the jacket inside the reproducing apparatus. The lid plate is locked within the cut-outs of the lid plate upon insertion to the innermost part-reproducing apparatus. The lid plate also has a rise-over part, allowing a disk- shaped clamping member to enter the enlarged opening and clamp the recording medium inside its jacket upon insertion of the lid plate into the apparatus.
