PURPOSE:To execute quickly efficiently the retrieval of a data by dividing a mail data stored and managed in a mail box into the kind of added service function, processing content of the function and the data. CONSTITUTION:A program processing the mail service function of the mail data from a mail data information storage section 10 by means of a comparator circuit 42 and a program execution order setting circuit 43 is set and the processing is executed by a program execution section 40. When mail data retrieval information is inputted from a retrieval information input section 12, the corresponding bit information is set and the information is fed to the comparator circuit 42. The mail data information in the mail data information storage section 10 is fed to a program operation section 40 only with the corresponding information through the comparator circuit 42. Thus, the processing bit by function and the number of kinds of the function of the part of the processing content are not required for repetitive retrieval so as to reduce remarkably the retrieval processing time. |
