PURPOSE:To contrive to shorten the term of works, to improve the waterproofing property and to enhance the space efficiency by a structure wherein chambers for inspection/pipe arrangement in air conditioning are provided on the back side of the ceiling of respective clean rooms having reinforced concrete inverted beam structure in the titled building for such as animal experiment use or the like. CONSTITUTION:Chambers 3 for inspection/pipe arrangement in air conditioning are formed on the back side of the ceiling 2 of the respective laboratories 1. In addition, a steel skeleton structure chamber 1 for an air conditioner is arranged at the center of a steel structure untiled roof. The ceiling 2 is composed of straight reinforced concrete inverted beam structure and the chamber 3 for inspection/pipe arrangement is constituted so as to have a space for inspection and replacement works. Due to the structure as mentioned above, a maintenance and inspection can be performed with no interruption of the cleaning action of clean rooms. Further, the interior finish work of clean room and air conditioning arrangement work can be done simultaneously without being affected each other at the execution of building works, resulting in contriving to shorten the term of works. In addition, no aseismatic structure is necessary, resulting in the enhancement of the space efficiency. |
