The invention relates to the field of hygiene and relates to a disposable article 1 associated with a removable waistband 12, the fastening of one to the other around the wearer being provided by "Velcro"< TM > fastening elements. The article is characterised in that a first fastening element 11 is affixed close to each longitudinal edge on the outer face at the level of a trunk zone 4, and in that the fixing means associated in a removable manner consist of a single waistband 12 provided at each end with a second fastening element 16 complementing the first fastening element 11, the other outer trunk zone 4 and/or at least a zone 13 of the waistband coming into contact with this outer trunk zone possessing a coefficient of friction which is sufficient, in position, for the article to be held by the joining of the first fastening elements 11 by means of the waistband provided with complementary second fastening elements 16. <IMAGE> |
