Dynamic parietal device of a precast reinforced concrete panel, allowing fresh air drawn in from the outside to be preheated before it is supplied to the rooms of a building. The precast panel consists of two boards made of insulating material which are spaced apart by studs thus creating internally a cavity or air gap. The assembly is sandwiched between two reinforced concrete slabs. An orifice on each face of the panel allows the internal cavity to communicate with the outside. The device is built in such a way as to ensure continuity of the insulating material, but not necessarily of the created cavity, when two panels are assembled together. Moreover, the walls of the insulating material in contact with the internal cavity may be lined with aluminium foil. The invention may be used by people working in the construction industry in order to improve the thermal performance of buildings.

|
