Windscreen wiper for a motor vehicle, comprising a nozzle 5 housed in a nozzle holder 3c fed by liquid and mounted on the bodywork 1 of the vehicle in front of a windscreen 2 in order to be able to direct a jet of liquid 6 onto the latter, characterised in that the nozzle holder 3c is mounted so as to tilt with respect to the bodywork 1 and mechanically connected to an aerodynamic shutter 7c also articulated to the bodywork 1 so that a tilting of the shutter towards the rear of the vehicle under the effect of the speed leads to the upper portion of the nozzle holder 3c tilting forwards, thus raising the jet of liquid 6a. This windscreen washer enables the jet of liquid to be always directed onto the same chosen zone Z of the windscreen 2, regardless of the speed of the vehicle. <IMAGE>
