CONSTITUTION:Blocks B1 and B2 are constituted by arranging the second decks 5 and 5' in the lower part and welding outer plates 7 and 7' and partitioning walls 8 and 8'. The fittings M such as pipes 9 and 9', electric wires, etc. are installed onto the back surfaces of the decks 5 and 5' and the inner surfaces of the outer plates 7 and 7'. Then, the blocks B1 and B2 are positively turned and welded to constitute a block B. Then, the fittings N such as a pump 10, etc. are installed onto the deck 5, and the back surface of the deck 5 is applied with coating, and the deck is transferred onto a construction deck and joined with other blocks. Therefore, the stern block for which a number of the working processes are necessary can be constructed, including the coating onto the inner surface, in a short time.
