PURPOSE:To eliminate the feeling of cold air and the like and improve the feeling by a method wherein the flow rate of an indoor side blower is controlled based upon the room temperature, the blow-off temperature of air delivered from an indoor side heat exchanger and the time at the start of heating operation in order to improve the following-up property of the flow rate control to said temperature. CONSTITUTION:At a comparing means 4, a binary control signal is outputted based upon the judgement of comparison between an electric signal sent from a means 2 to detect the room temperature at the air suction port of an indoor side heat exchanger and the electric signal showing the set value of room temperature. In addition, at a comparing means 8, a binary control signal is outputted based upon the judgement of comparison between an electric signal sent from a means 6 to detect the blow-off temperature at the air blow-off port of the indoor side heat exchanger and the electric signal showing the set value of blow-off temperature. Further, a microcomputer 9 contains a time counting means to time-control the flow rate of indoor side blower 11, a translating means, which outputs a signal to successively translate the flow rate of the blower 11 based upon the electric signals sent from the means 4 and 8 and the time counting means, and a means to memorize a flow rate variable output mode, which controls the flow rate of the blower 11 based upon a signal sent from the translating means.
