PURPOSE:To correct automatically the position of a truck by revolving forward and reverse both front and rear steering wheels independently of each other after detecting the right or left traveling direction of the truck between a longitudinal route and a lateral route. CONSTITUTION:The driving and steering wheels 1 and 2 are set at the front and rear parts of a truck 15 and driven with steering control by motors 7 and 8. Then detecting sensors 10a-13b detect a towpath line 16 provided to a steering rotary frame 6 at the floor surface side. Thus the truck 15 is driven longitudinally and laterally. Then reflecting plates 24 and 25 are set at left and right sides of the truck stop position on a lateral route 18. While detectors 22 and 23 are provided at the front and rear ends of the truck 15 for plates 24 and 25. Then the wheels 1 and 2 are revolved forward and reverse independently of each other. Thus the stop position of the truck 15 is controlled. Furthermore a detection switch and a switch operating cam detect the right or left traveling direction of the truck between a longitudinal route 17 and the route 18. Then the switching is controlled between the forward and reverse traveling directions of the truck 15. |
