PURPOSE:To suppress the rush current in a starting mode by providing a time constant circuit to a transistor for control of starting current of a steady mode and securing a saturated state between the collector and the emitter of said transistor. CONSTITUTION:Load circuits C and RL of a transistor TRQ for control of starting current are connected to a power supply PT via a switch S. A series circuit of resistances Ra and Rb is connected to the base of the TRQ. At the same time, a capacitor Cb is connected to the juncture between both resistance Ra and Rb. Thus a time constant circuit is obtained to secrue a saturated state between the emitter and the collector of the TRQ. As a result, the TRQ becomes active at the time of start and then set under a saturated state in a steady mode to obtain the starting current characteristics having no peak. |
