PURPOSE:To decrease a phase error and an amplitude error by adding a modulation signal whose polarity and amplitude are adjusted and the other modulation signal, inputting the sum to one balanced modulator and inputting the other modulation signal to the other modulator. CONSTITUTION:A modulation signal Q inputted from a modulation signal input terminal 12 is adjusted for the polarity and amplitude by a non-inverting amplifier 5, an inverse amplifier 6 and a potentiometer 7. The output and a modulation signal P inputted from a modulation signal input terminal 11 are added by an adder S and its output signal is used as the input to a balanced modulator 2. The modulation signal Q is applied as it is to the balanced modulator 3. A signal vector as the synthesis of the output of the balanced modulator 2 and the output of the balanced modulator 3 is outputted from an output terminal 13. |
