PURPOSE:To drive extending over a wide frequency range from DC to high frequency without causing time delay of signal transmission by using a piezoelectric element and a pulse transformer and utilizing merits of the the two. CONSTITUTION:Electrical signals given to a piezoelectric element 13 by an AC power source 11 and the first switching element 12 are converted to DC signals by diodes 14, 15 and given to the gate of a semiconductor switching element 10. Electrical signals given to a pulse transformer 18 by a DC power source 16 and the second switching element 17 are given to the gate of the semiconductor switching element 10 through a diode 21 as a parallel connecting device. Thus, the semiconductor switching element can be driven extending over a wide frequency range from DC to high frequency without causing time delay. |
