PURPOSE:To make a circuit small-sized by coupling one input/output part of a resonator to a microwave integrated circuit and coupling the other input/output part to a standard waveguide. CONSTITUTION:Dielectric resonators 2 arranged in an intercepting waveguide part 3 are fixed to the wall surface of rhe waveguide part 3 through respective corresponding dielectric substrates 12 having a low dielectric constant to constitute a dielectric filter. This dielectric filter and an input are coupled between an input/output line 14, which is constituted with the microwave integrated circuit formed on a dielectric substrate 13, and one dielectric resonator, and the dielectric filter and an output are coupled between a standard waveguide 1 and another dielecrric resonator. |
