PURPOSE:To allow automatic setting of counted values by a counter of a cassette tape recorder, etc., by setting a reproduced counted value by a shifting head to an initial value at the time of mounting a housing and by recording counted values of a counter on a recording medium at the time of ejecting a housing. CONSTITUTION:When a tape housing 2 is mounted on a VTR, a switch 21 is turned on, and a motor 19 rotates and pulls a frame 9 through a wire 20. Then a sheet metal 13 displaces to the left side following a shape of a guide due to force of a spring 17, a recording and reproducing head 14 and an erasing head 15 are brought into contact with a magnetic tape 7 adhered to the housing 2, and the overall frame 9 is moved in the direction of an arrow. A limiter switch 22 is operated, a power source of the motor 19 is turned off and reproduced counted values of the heads 14 and 15 are set as an initial value of a counter. On the other hand, the frame returns to its original position by a spring 17 due to stop of the motor 19, and by operation of an injection key, the housing 2 is ejected. |
