PURPOSE:To simpliy, surely regulate and change the timing signal generation time point without stopping the press, by outputting synchronous timing signal at the time when the rotary angle of cylinder feeding materials to be printed agrees with the set timing corresponding to the cylinder indication frequency of cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The rotary angle during one revolution of a cylinder C3 which carries out offset printing or the like by feeding materials to be printed, is detected via a rotary encoder 25 and an increment and decrement counter 26. On the other hand, the set timing corresponding to the rotary angle indication degree of cylinder C3 written ina memory circuit 29 via a frequency setter 27, is written to the address indicated by an address counter 30 counting the clock from an oscillator. Then, when this set timing agrees with the rotary angle of cylinder C3 from the counter 26, the timing signal making the rotation of cylinder synchronize with the feed of print is outputted via a coincidence circuit 32 and displayed on a frequency indicator 34. Thereby, the timing generation time point can be simply and surely regulated and changed without stopping the press. |
