PURPOSE:To facilitate the tuning with an indication free of oscillation by delaying the computation speed of a computing means to change the display slowly even when a data to be measured changes instantaneously. CONSTITUTION:An input signal from a microphone is converted into digital for the measurement of the frequency thereof and sent to a total adder 1 and a comparator circuit 6. In the comparator circuit 6, a data 33 is compared with the data 32 currently displayed and when the data 33 is larger than that 32, it is added to the total adder 1 and the results are outputted to a latch circuit 4 as data 36. The latch circuit 4 outputs the data 36 as intact at the rising of the pulse of a clock 31. The output is held until the clock 31 falls again. Then, this operation is repeated until the data 32 and 33 coincide. When the data 33 is smaller than that 32, the comparator circuit 6 outputs a subtraction signal 35. |
