PURPOSE:To improve compatibility of an electrostatic charge transfer material with a polymer binder by using a specified pyrazoline compd. for the charge transfer material. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive layer formed on a conductive substrate contains a polymer binder and an org. photoconductor represented by formula I in which X is one of formulae II-VII; A is O or S; each of R<1>, R<2>, R<5>, R<8>, and R<9> is alkyl, aralkyl, aryl, or heterocyclic; each of R<3>, R<4>, R<10>, and R<11> is H or same as R<1>; each of R<6> and R<7> is, when each belongs to the same ring, C, N, O, or S, and when each does not belong to the same ring, each is same as R<3>; and each of (m) and (n) is 0 or 1. |
