The tube and bottle closure cap with integrated timer display allows a predetermined time to be counted on the closure cap when it is screwed onto the tube or bottle, in that, when it is screwed on, a compressible element with a delayed restoring force is set in motion in such a way that the delayed restoring force causes a return movement of the closure cap, the return movement between the closure cap and the fixed threaded closure piece providing the visual display of the elapsing time.
