In a dish plate for rock anchors, in particular of the roadway support system in underground working, which dish plate is preferably dished from a round sheet-metal blank and has a circumference which forms a convex dish margin as well as a dish wall pointing outwards and a preferably flat base, provision is made according to the invention for one or more tongues to be recessed in the dish wall, the contour of which tongues is open on one side and merges at a curved edge into the dish wall, and for each of the tongues projecting outwards from the dish circumference to be recessed and arranged in such a way that the tongue end forms the load connection member or, in interaction with one or more adjacent tongue ends, carries the load connection member inserted into the recess.
