PURPOSE:To transmit the fluctuation in pressure of a liquid to be measured to a medium liquid without delay all the time and to make it possible to perform the operation and the like of a measuring part or a control part accurately, by providing a partitioning wall within a sealed pot, and providing a dual structure. CONSTITUTION:A liquid A to be measured in inputted through an introducing pipe 7 and intrudes into the inside of a partitioning wall 3 by its pressure and flow rate. A medium liquid B is pushed up by the liquid A. The pushed-up liquid B is moved to a measuring device or a control device chamber through a medium-liquid outlet pipe 8, and a diaphragm D is actuated. Meanwhile, when the pressure of the liquid A is reduced due to the pressure fluctuation on the side processes and the like, the liquid B is moved in the reverse direction. The amount of the liquid B in the partitioning wall 3 is increased, and the liquid A in the partioning wall 3 is pushed down. Therefore, in the measuring or controlling operation and the like of the flow rate and the liquid pressure accompanying the movement of the liquid B in the sealed pot, the liquid B is not moved to the chamber A. The liquid B is not dissipated. The pressure fluctuation of the liquid A can be always transmitted to the liquid B without delay. The operation and the like of the measuring part or the controlling part can be performed accurately with the positive response. |
