METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING RECORDING BODY OF ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC SENSITIVE BODY OR THE LIKE

PURPOSE:To dry quickly a supporting body after drawing up from a liquid level, and to suppress dripping of a liquid by increasing a draw-up speed of the supporting body without changing coating speed. CONSTITUTION:An inside diameter D1 of the lower part 1B of a cylindrical cylinder is made a little larger than the outside diameter of a cylindrical supporting body 2, and an inside diameter D2 of the upper part 1A of the cylinder is made larger than D1. The inside of the cylinder 1 is filled with a coating liquid. The supporting body 2 is inserted into the coating liquid, and immersed by a rise of a liquid level of the coating liquid. When executing coating by separating the supporting body immersed in the coating liquid, from the coating liquid under the same condition as a coating speed in case when a small diameter type cylinder having the same inside diameter as the lower part inside diameter D1 has been used, the supporting body is separated from the coating liquid level and dried in a shorter time than the case when said small diameter type cylinder has been used.
