发明名称 ROTATION-BALANCE MEASURING APPARATUS OF FLUID MACHINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a rotor having good balance as a rigid body and for a fluid, by the constitution, in which the rotaty balance is measured, with the rotor being placed under a no-load state and an appropriately loaded state. CONSTITUTION:At first, an impeller 2 is rotated without a load. Unbalanced centrifugal force is measured by a rotary balance measuring device 3. After the balance is obtained, a water flowing tank 1 is filled with water and the impeller 2 is rotated. When a load is imparted to the impeller 2 by a loading device 4, the unbalanced force, which is yielded under the loaded state, is measured by the measuring device 3. The loading device 4 is formed in a cylindrical state by porous plates 5, whose side is made of two plates. The upper part and the lower parts are tightly closed except for the entrance hole for the impeller 2. The outer porous plate 5 can turned in the circumferential direction by a hydraulic device 6. The holes in the inner and outer porous plates 5 are deviated, and the area of the opening part is changed. Thus the load against the water flow can be adjusted. Therefore, the rotary balance can be measured under the appropriate loaded state.
