PURPOSE:To stick securely a decorative sheet onto the outside surface of a frame by forming a plating layer and an intervening film between a coated film and decorative sheet. CONSTITUTION:A liquid prepd. by incorporating about 1-1.5 ratio epoxy vinyl modified resin and slight stabilizer into, for example, a solvent mixture is coated atop 13 the coated film 12 and is dried to form the thin transparent intervening film 14. The film 14 adheres tightly to the film 12 or the plating layer to provide the secure degree of adhesion even if the top surface 13 of the film 12 is smooth and flat. The paint prepd. by using the epoxy resin as an essential component and kneading the curing agent, pigment, metallic powder, etc. therewith is vacuum-defoamed and is coated on the film 14, then the coating is dried. Thus the film 14 connects the decorative sheet 14 and the coated film 12 or the plating layer to each other, thereby preventing the exfoliation of the sheet 10. |
