PURPOSE:To attain desired pass band characteristics by weighting plural interposed electrodes partially at least. CONSTITUTION:In ceramics 11, interposed electrodes 12a-12j arranged to overlap one another in the thickness direction are formed. Interposed electrodes are made different in length in the transverse direction so that an excitation effective aperture length is varied. External electrodes are formed on right and left end faces of ceramics 11, and ceramics 11 are extended in the thickness direction or the breadthwise direction to constitute another interposed electrode group, and a pair of external electrodes are formed on this interposed electrode group, thus obtaining a filter. |
