The invention relates to a non-return valve consisting of a housing (1) with a through channel (2) in which two complementary flap discs (25, 26) are arranged in a manner which allows them to be swing about a transverse pivot (12), of a helical spring arrangement which surrounds the pivot (12) and presses the flap discs (25, 26) into the closed position against a valve seat which, in the through channel (2), has a central web (4) and an annular shoulder (29), and of an elastomeric corrosion protection coating (3), at least on the wall of the through channel (2) of the housing (1). According to the invention, a non-return valve of this kind is distinguished by the fact that a bridge (7) which carries the pivot (12) for the two flap discs (25, 26) is secured on the central web (4) of the housing (1). This embodiment guarantees operationally reliable corrosion protection. <IMAGE>
