Vibration-isolating bearing arrangement for a vehicle drive unit

For the purpose of further reducing the vibration transmitted by a vehicle drive unit (4) to the supporting framework (1, 2, 3) of the vehicle, the lines of application (8', 9', 10') of the bearings (8, 9, 10) absorbing the static inertia forces of the unit (4) run through the unit's centre of gravity (7); the torque support (12, 13) for supporting the moment of reaction of the unit (4) acts on the unit (4) so that it does not impede vibrations of the unit about any axis, except for the axis of the reaction moment; in addition the torque support (12, 13) is so designed that it is virtually inoperative in idling operation of the drive unit (4) (fig. 1). <IMAGE>
