Product constituted by a polymer or a copolymer having in its chain substitutable groups to which are statistically fixed X and Y groups, in which X represents SO3-R1, with R1 being a hydrogen atom or a physiologically acceptable metal, wherein the Y groups have the formula -SO2-R2, in which R2 represents a radical derived from arginine or an arginine derivative, bonded by its amino function -NH- to the radical -SO2-. The invention also relates to a process for preparing such a product and to a process of the separation and purification of thrombin. |
