PURPOSE:To make the condition of a timepiece clear at the switching by using first and second hands drivable independently of each other while a hand preference driving means at the mode switching is provided to mode display the specified position of the first hand and the indication state of the second hand. CONSTITUTION:An other function detecting signal PAS from a comparator circuit 18b is sent to an alarm function shifting circuit 71 while done to a 0sec position shifting circuit 23a as hand preferring means at the switching to the alarm time display state from the time display state. A normal state detection signal PNM from a normal state detection circuit 28 is fed to the first normal hand operation control circuit 22a, the first elapse time circuit 22b and a current sec return circuit 23b while done to a time return circuit 72 as hand preferring means at the switching from the alarm time display state to the time display state. The detection signal PphiM from a specified position detection circuit 29 is sent to the 0sec position shifting circuit 23a. The time detection signal PTS from the comparator circuit 18a is sent to the second normal hand operation control circuit 61, the second elapse time circuit 62 and the time return circuit 72. |
