The rectangular bearing surface (2) acts as a support for the folded shirt body and it has support flaps (4,4') at a transverse edge (3) of the body corresponding to a rectangle small side, that extend in a plane forming a dihedron angle with the support surface plane for a distance at least equal to the shirt collar thickness. - The other rectangle small side edge has grooves or notches (7,7') that cooperate with the flaps of an identical device superimposed head to toe with the first. This cooperation assures a determined relative position between the two superimposed devices.
