PURPOSE:To increase the efficiency of a memory device by setting tag information which are different every vector data, at the same time registering the vector data to a work memory and delivering the data only on the tag information that is designated when said vector information is read out. CONSTITUTION:A work memory 3 undergoes the address designation by the index data, and a tag part 3b registers the tag information set for each vector SA belonging to the vector data SAN registered to a data part 3a in response to the data SAN. The tag information is set at a tag register 12 in response to the vector which is written to the memory 3 and then given to the memory 3. When the vector data registered to the memory 3, the tag data showing the corresponding vector is set to the register 12. Then the tag data is read out together with the data on the vector according to the index data of the vector. This tag data is compared with the tag data set by a comparator 13. When the coincidence is obtained between both data, a gate circuit 14 is opened to deliver the data together with the tag data. |
