PURPOSE:To control the boiling time of soya milk in high accuracy, with the data of temperature, by measuring and storing the time interval between the time origin to attain the preset standard temperature in heating and the end- point of time to attain the standard temperature in cooling, and controlling the boiling time according to the stored data. CONSTITUTION:For example, the standard temperature is set to 90 deg.C, and the time when the temperature of the soya milk reaches the standard temperature is detected by a sensor and stored as the time origin t0 in a computer. After a little while, the heat source is switched off at 97 deg.C selected as the point A to switch off the heat source, and the soya milk is boiled at 100 deg.C by the remaining heat for 3-4min (t3-t2). Thereafter, the soya milk is cooled and the time passing through the standard temperature of 90 deg.C is detected and stored as the end- point t4. The relationship between the interval t4-t0 and the boiling time t3-t2 is calculated beforehand, and the temperature gradient is controlled by the signal transmitted from the computer in a manner that the time interval t4-t0 satisfies the calculated relationship. The temperature control of the boiling time can be carried out by this procedure. |
