PURPOSE:To enable the continuous cooling of bean curd, in high efficiency, by placing a bean curd on a bottom plate which can be circulated and transferred at the bottom of a water tank, and transferring and cooling the bean curd in the tank. CONSTITUTION:The uncooled bean curd 2 is slid down on the plate cover 1 attached to the right end of the continuous cooling apparatus, and is placed on the bottom plate 3. The bottom plate 3 is transferred leftward by the motion of the driving nib 4 attached to the shaft 9 of the cylinder 5, and raised vertical by the guide 6. The cooled bean curd 2a is transferred to the next step by this process. The raised bottom plate 3-b is dropped on the guide 8, transferred rightward by the returning nib 10 attached to the shaft 9 of the cylinder 5, lifted along the rope plate 11, and set horizontal by the flat plate 12. A fresh uncooled bean curd is placed on the horizontal bottom plate 3, and the above procedures are repeated. |
