PURPOSE:To make an impeller so as to be rotated by shifting the center of gravity, by varying a blade angle of each impeller. CONSTITUTION:Each induction plate 5 having an induction cam is supported on a tip of each stay 10 of an impeller so as to cause it to be raced, while each of blades 1 and 1, whose center is pivotally supported with the induction plate 5 held in between, is installed. And, when the impeller is rotated clockwise, both blades 1 and 2 are coupled with each other by a link and the impeller side is opened or closed by the cam of the induction plate 5 in regular sequence, while the opposite side is constituted so as to be reversely closed or opened, and rotation of the impeller is made to continue so as to cause all movements of the center of gravity of these blades 1 and 1 installed in each stay 10 to be altered toward the right. |
