发明名称 HIGH-STRENGTH THIN AL ALLOY PLATE HAVING SUPERIOR FORMABILITY AND CORROSION RESISTANCE AND ITS MANUFACTURE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a high-strength thin Al alloy plate having superior formability and corrosion resistance by adding specified amounts of Mn and one or more among Cu, Fe, Mg and Ti to Al. CONSTITUTION:An Al alloy ingot having a composition consisting of, by weight, 0.1-0.6% Mn, one or more among 0.01-0.1% Cu, 0.1-0.5% Fe, 0.01-0.3% Mg and 0.005-0.1% Ti, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities is hot-rolled, and the hot-rolled plate is subjected to primary cold rolling at >=40% draft, process annealing at a high temp. for a short time in a continuous heat treatment furnace and secondary cold rolling at 60-95% draft. The resulting thin plate of the final thickness is temper-annealed by heating and holding at 200- 300 deg.C.
