PURPOSE:To enable a work to be folded without any slackness by combining a plurality of transfer conveyers provided with nip means to transfer works like fiber products and automate processes of folding a board in two after the work is folded in two by the admission of the board. CONSTITUTION:Front and rear stage conveyers 1, 2 for transferring works through an admission gap 7 of a board 12 with speeds of V1, V2 (V2>=V1) are aranged in series, and in the gap 7 is arranged a feed roller 11 as a boad supply means. Also, a nip conveyer 3 with speed V3 (>=V2) is provided below the rear stage conveyer 2, and below the conveyer 3 is disposed a work folding conveyer 4 with speed V4 (>=V3) to overlap a nip roller 14 disposed at the front end of said conveyer 4. Further, below the nip conveyer 3 is disposed a guide conveyer 3' mated with said conveyer 3 for folding the board in two, and a folding- in-two guide roller 6 and a folding-in-two conveyer 5 are arranged to be opposed to a folding-in-two guide portion through a generally V-shaped space 19. |
