<p>1. A device for tying a branch of a plant to a support, comprising at least a staple and a pliers for buckling the staple around the branch and the support, the shape of the staple before buckling, comprising a central part (3, 4) which can have a rectilinear middle portion and which is extended on each side by a curved part (5) having concavity oriented towards the middle point of the central part, the distance between both ends (1) of the curved parts (5) being sufficient to allow the branch (5) and the support (7) to be directly placed against the central part, the pliers and the staple being designed so that, after buckling of the staple around the piece ; the said staple is in the shape of a closed outline, with intercrossing ends, characterized in that - each curved part (5) of the staple, before buckling, is directly extended with an end part (21), those two end parts being each oriented to the other or towards the inner part of the staple, - after said buckling around the support and the branch, both ends (1) of the staple are oriented towards the branch (6), - and the said ends of the staple are arranged so as to enter into the branch during its later growth.</p> |
