PURPOSE:In a stabilizer in which a roller attached to the tip of a movable arm urged by a spring is put in contact with a door pane to prevent it from shaking, to improve the properties of assembly work on the door pane, by providing a stopper to restrict the range of swing of the arm. CONSTITUTION:In a stabilizer, a movable arm 21 having a roller 22 on the tip is rotatably mounted on a base plate 20 secured in a door body 1 and is urged by a spring 23 so that the arm is put in contact with a door pane G to prevent it from shaking. A stopper 25 is integrally provided on the front of the base plate 20 so that the stopper contact facet 211 of the movable arm 21 is put in contact with the stopper 25. As a result, the range of swing of the movable arm 21 toward the door pane G is restricted so that the pane is fitted in the door in their assembly without hindrance and numerous assembled units can be orderly stored and transported in the same posture. |
