PURPOSE:To select plural optimum control methods, control indexes, etc., easily by providing a state decision part, control index determination part, and stage or continuous variation control part with a table respectively, and using the table for a judgement reference. CONSTITUTION:When the state variable signal 11 of a process 8 is inputted to the state decision part 1, the decision part 1 decides on it by using a threshold table 51 to output a state dicision result signal 12. The control index determination part 2 inputs the signal 12 and select a control index to be employed at next time by using the correspondence table 52 to output it as a signal 13. The signal 13 is inputted to a control part 3 for the number of pump sets and a pump speed control part 4. The control part 13 uses plural tables to decide on the number of pump and output it as a signal 14. The supply of energy 17 to a pump 7 is turned on and off with a switch 5. The control part 4 uses a correspondence table 5 to select a process state variable 32 and outputs the difference signal 15 between the target value 35 of operation and the current value 32. The pump speed is determined by a speed regulator 6 from the signal 15 and necessary energy 18 is supplied to the pump 7. |
