PURPOSE:To obtain an oscillator circuit which excels in the mass productivity and does not have the characteristic deterioration even with the plane structure, by providing the serial resonance circuit between the emitter of the oscillation transistor and the earth. CONSTITUTION:The serial resonance circuit comprising coil 20 and capacitor 21 is provided between the earth and the emitter of oscillation transistor Tr1. With increment of the inductance value for base lead inductance 4 by forming the oscillator circuit into the plane structure, the hysteresis occurs to the oscillation action. In this connection, the serial resonance circuit comprising capacitor 21 of 0.5pF capacity and coil 20 of 14-18mH inductance is connected between the earth and the emitter of Tr1, and as a result a sufficiently large amount of oscillation output can be obtained with no hysteresis caused. In this case, however, the value of coil 20 and capacitor 21 has to be selected so that the resonance frequency may be considerably higher than the oscillation frequency of the oscillator circuit. And the earth-side connection of the serial resonance circuit can be connected to any position between Tr1 and the earth. |
