OIL SEPARATING APPARATUS FOR SEALED TYPE ROTARY COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE:To efficiently separate the oil in gas by fixing an oil separating plate onto the upper-part end ring of a rotor and covering the upper surface of the oil separating plate by a metal net and arranging the edge of the inlet opening of a discharge pipe closely to the metal net. CONSTITUTION:An oil separating plate 20 fixed onto an upper-part end ring 19 is constituted of a flat-surface fixed part 21 which contacts with the upper- part end ring 19 and fixed through caulking and a concaved part 22 concaved into cylindrical form in the axial direction on the rotor side in the center part. An oil separating metal net 26 is arranged onto the upper surface of the oil separating plate 20, and an oil separating chamber is constituted of the metal net 26 and the concaved part 22. The edge 31 of the inlet opening of a discharge pipe 30 is arranged closely to the metal net part 28 of the oil separating metal net 26.
