PURPOSE:To adjust easily a weaving width and weaving direction in the position apart from a torch by coupling the torch and an oscillating and driving part thereof by a reciprocating rod and providing an adjusting part for the weaving direction to the reciprocating rod. CONSTITUTION:The reciprocating motion of an oscillating arm 24 is transmitted via an adjusting part 17 for a weaving direction to a plate 19 for attaching a torch by a reciprocating rod 16 to oscillate a torch 18 around the axis thereof. A screw shaft for adjusting a movable fulcrum is rotated by running a driving motor 27 for adjustment to adjust the position of a movable fulcrum 28C in the stage of adjusting the weaving width. The width of the reciprocating motion of the arm 24 is thus adjusted by which the rotating angle width of the plate 19 is adjusted. The adjustment of the weaving direction is accomplished by turning the block 19 of the part 17 and adjusting the length of the flexible rod 16 thereby adjusting the rotating angle of the plate 19.
