摘要 PURPOSE:To provide excellent conductivity as a conductive base material for a photosensitive body and to suppress the dependency of resistivity on temperature and humidity while preventing oxidation under high moisture by dispersing and incorporating the conductive pulverous powder consisting of a solid soln. prepd. by adding a specific amt. of antimony oxide to tin oxide and forming the powder to have a specific average grain size into a binder resin and forming the same into a layer having a specific film thickness. CONSTITUTION:The amt. of antimony oxide is preferably 2-30wt% by the weight of a solid soln. and the color of a conductive layer under such conditions is light blue or gray. The conductivity is not enough in the case of <=2wt% and the use at <=30wt% is more preferable to obtain transparency as well. The preferable average grain size of the powder is <=0.1mum. The ruggedness on the surface of the conductive layer increases and the film thickness of the photoconductive layer to be formed thereon is made ununiform at the average grain size larger than said size. The film thickness of the conductive layer is adequately 2-5mum and in dry state the surface resistivity increases sharply at <=1mm.. The strength of the conductive layer decreases and said layer is cracked when applied with stress if the thickness is too large.
