PURPOSE:To contrive to achieve excellent injection molding, preventing the leakage of synthetic resin material by restraining the thermal expansion force of each member only in a manifold pipe. CONSTITUTION:While a manifold 18 is composed of a center block 19, a plurality of a hot sprue block 28 and a manifold pipe 35 in a split manner, the center block 19 and the hot sprue block 28 are connected to a mold 2, and then the center block 19 and a plurality of the hot sprue block 28 are joined by the manifold pipe 35. Therefore, the thermal expansion force of each member is able to be restrained only in the manifold pipe 35. Accordingly, by forming the manifold pipe 35 into the cylinder with a small diameter, its thermal expansion may be reduced as little as possible. Further, the influence by thermal expansion may be reduced by providing the lead groove 43 at the periphery of the manifold pipe 35, and simultaneously the leakage of synthetic resin material can be prevented. |
