PURPOSE:To contrive reduction in conduction loss of heat and enable to heat minute dots, by a construction wherein the area of the parts other than a recording heating part of a resistor is set to be not less than two times of the area of the recording heating part, and a conductor lead wires are connected to the parts other than the recording heating part. CONSTITUTION:The recording heating part 13 is provided at a substantially central part of the resistor 11. In this case, the area (cross-sectional area) of the parts other than the heating part 13 of the resistor 11 is set to be not less than 2 times of that of the heating part 13. The conductor lead wires 12 are connected to the enlarged parts of the resistor 11, namely, the tips of the resistor 11 which are the parts other than the heating part 13. Namely, the lead wires 12 affected greatly by heat loss are separated from the heating part 13, the widened parts of the resistor 11 are made to play a part of the function of the lead wires 12, and heat required for predetermined printing is generated by the recording heating part 13 which is a narrowed, substantially central part of the resistor 11. |
