PURPOSE:To reduce the leakage magnetic flux of an induction motor without loss of assembling property by cutting out coupling parts of a plurality of stator core plates of plural pole coupling type with adjacent pole pieces. CONSTITUTION:A stator core 9 is formed by laminating a plurality of stator core plates 9a, 9b, 9c... of plural pole coupling type formed by coupling the ends of a plurality of pole pieces 12a', 12b', 12c', 12d' with adjacent ones by coupling parts 13a, 13b, 13c, 13d. Further, the coupling parts of adjacent poles of other stator core plates 9b-9m except the core plates 9a, 9n of both ends having rotor engaging holes 14 at the centers are cut out to form cutout parts 15a, 15b, 15c, 15d. Thus, the leakage magnetic flux between the poles can be reduced without loss of assembling property of the stator core. |
