PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition having excellent high temperature stability, arc resistance, and tracking resistance, by incorporating a specified compound into PVC. CONSTITUTION:Into 100pts.wt. PVC (A) is incorporated 1-20 pts.wt. compound (B) of the formula (where n is 1-3) obtained by burning a melamine at 400- 550 deg.C for several hr.
